Established in 1907, Kirsch has always been one of the most respected and innovative brands in window décor. When Kirsch earned the opportunity to penetrate a new channel they partnered with Hatch-MDS, Inc. to develop their merchandising program. We were challenged with creating a new shop-in-shop environment within the existing retail space without eliminating any existing SKUs. We first developed a new merchandising vehicle that allowed more product to be displayed in a reduced amount of space. Then, we utilized the spaced gained to create a comprehensive fixture and graphic set to merchandise the new program.
